Fridays 9:30-10am Online Seasonal Qi Gong (standing/moving).

The exercises from Medical Qi Gong (dr. Johnson method) will be attuned to the energy of the season.
You can join live-online or/and practice with the video recording at your time.

A season package includes 10 classes/videos + 1 hour live Zoom meeting. Costs €55. You can join in any time.
