Weekly Qi Gong Classes

Woensdag 9:30-10:30 Live on-site Seasonal Qi Gong (vrouwen), Huis v/d Wijk De Pijp, €36/mnd. Aanmelden voor gratis proefles via het contactformulier hierboven. Start 7 januari.

Friday 10:00-10:30 Live-online Seasonal Qi Gong (intermediate experienced QG or yoga practitioners) (standing/moving), includes a video of the class to practice with during the week. €36/month. Welcome to subscribe for a free trial class. Starts March 6th.

Friday 11:15-11:45 Live-online Qi Gong for people who have/had cancer. Starts February 6th. Standing class, can also be followed/partially seated. You will receive a recording of the class afterward to practice at home the rest of the week. €36/month. Free trial class.

In collaboration with Cancer Care Center is also exploring the possibility of live classes on-site!

Qi Gong Workshops

Qi Gong Season Specials of the Five Elements.

March 14th: Spring, June 20th: Summer, September 19th: Autumn, November 21st: Winter.

These are in-depth workshops, supplementing the weekly classes, and can also be attended independently.

The programs are varied, with physical exercises, sitting or lying meditations, silence and self-reflection, visualizations, and breathing exercises. Exercises from Dr. J.A. Johnson's medical Qi Gong are tailored to the season and your specific needs.

Location: Yoga Studio 108 in De Pijp, from 2:00-5:00 PM, €49.
